What drives you to work on addressing social isolation & loneliness and fostering social connection? Growing up in a small town, I experienced firsthand the benefits of social connection, especially when my father died when I was 30 and then again when my mother was diagnosed and lived with ALS for 13 years. My sincere desire is for everyone to experience the socially-connected support that enhances  our overall quality of life despite our circumstances.
