Jon Gruber is a strategy lead at Einhorn Collaborative, a foundation advancing the science and practice of empathy, mutual understanding, and relationship building. Jon leads Einhorn’s Building strategy focused on strengthening a relational, pluralist culture in America. Jon joined Einhorn in 2014. Previously, he worked as a management consultant, as director of education for a nonprofit that supports Holocaust rescuers, and as a teacher in England. Jon is a funder co-lead of the New Pluralists Collaborative and the chair of the board of Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement (PACE). He earned an undergraduate degree in government from Harvard and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Jon lives in NJ with his wife Lara and their two boys.
