Paolo Narciso

Paolo Narciso is a social entrepreneur, technologist, and author who combines emerging technologies with social impact initiatives.  He is a Co-Founder of PeopleCare.ai, a company focused on taking out the complexities of healthcare and putting control back in the patients’ hands by combining AI technology with a patient-first approach to develop community-centered healing solutions.   As the former Vice President at AARP Foundation, he led the development of innovative programs using AI, VR, and blockchain to address senior poverty. He is also the founder of Core Immersive Labs, a non-profit focused on creating opportunities for innovation in underserved communities, and serves as a Build Fellow at Stand Together Ventures Lab.

A published author with Springer Press, Paolo’s recent works include practical guides on AI in education and strategic implementation of generative AI for organizations. As the Jack Welch Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management, he brings over three decades of experience to shaping future leaders.

Paolo holds a Doctorate from Creighton University and serves as a board advisor for multiple healthcare technology companies.

His work consistently focuses on leveraging disruptive technologies to address societal challenges while promoting responsible innovation and sustainable social impact.
