Social Isolation, Loneliness and Connection Intervention Catalog
This Intervention Catalog is for companies and non-profit organizations that provide specific interventions (e.g. products, services, and programs) to directly address social isolation, loneliness, and social disconnection. The primary outcome of the intervention must be to foster and build social connection or address social isolation and loneliness. These interventions can include specific community, regional, or national interventions that can be used, purchased, or replicated by others wishing to implement social connection interventions. While we know many organizations and agencies are invested in social connection through many aspects of their work or indirectly address SILC through their work, we ask that you do not fill out the form if your organization does not offer a specific social connection product, service, or program.
If you submit a solution that doesn't meet these criteria, we will remove the solution from the catalog.
